4L65E Transmission

Our 4L65E transmission is now on sale. This precision remanufactured 4 speed automatic was originally manufactured by Turbo Hydramatic for use in General Motors, Pontiac and Cadillac vehicles. The 4L65E was a long awaited replacement for the 4L60E transmission. The 65 handled more torque and was internally redesigned to fix some inherent flaws from its predecessor. We have studied the 4L65-E transmission since its conception and have been able to build upon its success by correcting the existing flaws from its original manufacturer. We started by giving this transmission a complete system re-calibration just a few of the many internal errors that we have addressed are the pressure regulator, valve body accumulator, accumulator piston, PR, TCC control and regulator valves. Every 4L65E comes with high-performance Corvette spec servos, clutch packs and an upgraded lock-up torque converter for increased performance and durability.
