Every BW4406 can be broken down in two different primary models, the manual and electric shift. The BW4406 was a popular transfer case, but at times its popularity was overshadowed by its inherent flaws that would cause into breakdown. Our XP1 series picks up for the manufacturer left off and implements a series of upgrades address the transfer cases failure points and increase its longevity. What we build is much more than a rebuilt BW4406, it is an OEM replacement that has been completely remanufactured using the latest technologies available.
